  My wife Alice and I wanted to drop a note and let you know our experience with your service. Over the years I've been involved with the internet (my son is a web designer) and I know there are both good people and bad online. To anyone reading this... S.A.N.is most assuredly one of the good guys.
  
  In years past I've considered (but did not follow through) with getting an online mortgage quote. I guess I was both amazed and aghast when not ten minutes after submitting my request for information I started to get phone calls from not one but MULTIPLE companies all promising me the best rates... "yada, yada". I didn't appreciate the fact they'd sold, shared or somehow given what I thought was private information to multiple parties. Fact is, it soured me to the whole experience and I refused for many years to fill out another quote form.
  
  Well as we all know times are tough and my wife and I had no alternative but to consider a reverse mortgage. I'll admit to filling out your form with great reluctance, expecting the phone to ring off the hook like it did before. I was wrong and I'm not ashamed to admit it. As you stated I received one call from a local representative who was both knowledable and courteous.
  
  Our reverse mortgage was processed easily with minimum aggravation, thank you for your honesty and willingness to work with someone who was a bit distrustful of the whole process. Regards,
